هذا القسم يخص تطبيق «مكرم»، ويكمل ما سبق في هذه الصفحة.
ما نحفظه
- بيانات حسابك: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني. كلمة المرور محفوظة مشفّرة ولا يراها أحد.
- ملفك في الأدوات: مجالك وجمهورك ولهجتك ونبرتك، وما تعلّمه مكرم من اختياراتك.
- ما تعمله داخل الأدوات: أفكارك ونصوصك ومسوداتك وتصاميمك، والأرقام ولقطات الإحصاءات التي ترفعها لتحليل منشوراتك.
كيف نستخدمه
- لتشغيل الأدوات فقط: الكتابة والتصميم والتحليل، وحفظ عملك لترجع له.
- لكتابة المحتوى نرسل ما تكتبه إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي Anthropic لمعالجته، ولا يُستخدم لتدريب نماذجهم.
- لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات داخل التطبيق، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبع إعلانية فيه.
الاشتراكات والدفع
- الاشتراك من التطبيق يتم عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play، وهما من يتعاملان مع بيانات الدفع. نحن لا نرى بيانات بطاقتك.
- نستخدم خدمة RevenueCat لمعرفة حالة اشتراكك، ونربطها برقم حسابك فقط، حتى تُفتح أدواتك في التطبيق والموقع معًا.
- إلغاء اشتراك التطبيق يكون من إعدادات حساب Apple أو Google على جهازك.
أذونات الجهاز
- الصور: لحفظ تصاميمك في جهازك، ولرفع لقطة الإحصاءات إن اخترت ذلك. لا نصل إلى أي صورة أخرى.
- الإشعارات: تذكيرات على جهازك بنتيجة منشورك، وزوايا أسبوعك، ومنشور لم تحفظه أو تصممه. إشعار واحد في اليوم كحد أقصى، وتقدر توقف أي نوع منها من «حسابي» أو من إعدادات الجهاز.
حذف الحساب
من التطبيق: «حسابي» ثم «حذف الحساب». يُحذف حسابك وملفك ومسوداتك وتصاميمك ونتائجك نهائيًا، ويتوقف تجديد أي اشتراك لك على الموقع. نحتفظ فقط بسجلات الطلبات المالية التي يفرض القانون حفظها. اشتراك Apple أو Google يُلغى من إعدادات المتجر نفسه.
بدون التطبيق: راسلنا من البريد المسجّل في حسابك على support@makramklach.com بعنوان «طلب حذف الحساب»، ونحذفه خلال 7 أيام ونؤكد لك بالبريد.

Makram app (iPhone and Android)
What we store: your name and email (passwords are stored encrypted), your tool profile (niche, audience, dialect, tone), and the ideas, texts, drafts, designs, numbers and screenshots you add in the tools.
How we use it: only to run the writing, design and analysis tools and keep your work. To generate content we send your input to our AI provider, Anthropic, for processing; it is not used to train their models. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use advertising trackers in the app.
Subscriptions: in-app subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to check your subscription status, linked only to your account ID. Cancel from your Apple or Google account settings.
Permissions: Photos, to save your designs and upload a stats screenshot if you choose. Notifications, for on-device reminders about your post results, your weekly angles, and posts you have not saved or designed yet (at most one a day; turn any type off in Account or in your device settings).
Account deletion: in the app, go to Account, then Delete account. Your account, profile, drafts, designs and results are permanently deleted and any website subscription stops renewing. We keep only financial order records required by law. Without the app: email support@makramklach.com from your account email with the subject "Account deletion request", and we delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
